What does every good heavy metal band have? They bring great metal riffs, solid song structure, great evil and apocalyptic lyrics and they bring an element of danger. Doomriders have all of that and plus more. I wouldn’t put they up there with Iron Maiden or Manowar but they have this under ground grittiness that gives them an edge in a genre that seems to have burned out a long time ago. The recording is very raw and it just adds to the power and fury. Doomriders present an all star line up with members of Cast Iron Hike, Converge, Hallraker and There Were Wires. They take their hardcore backgrounds and bring out an element in underground music that is hardly recognized by the punk and hardcore community.
