Jason Dunn of Facedown Records officially launched a new imprint label called Dreamt Music last Wednesday. The label will focus on more rock-oriented music that falls outside the heavy music boundaries of Facedown. Here's what label owner Dunn had to say:
"It is very important that we keep heavy music associated with Facedown so that fans know what they can expect when they see the logo on an album. Dreamt Music affords us the opportunity to allow Facedown's focus to remain specific to its genre while simultaneously giving us the freedom to explore more rock-oriented bands."
The label's first signing is the classic rock-infused Theives and Liars, featuring former No Innocent Victim and Project 86 guitarist Corey Edelmann.
