Julia and I recently got back from our honeymoon which was a five-night cruise on Royal Carribean that stopped in Bermuda.
You want to know why cruises are better than any other vacation? Because you just have to get yourself on the ship and everything else is done for you. For example, if you fly to some island to stay there, you have to worry about hotel, food, activities, renting a car, driving, everything. On the cruise ship, everything is totally provided for you. Which might be bad in the case that you have no self-control with eating.
Here are some pictures from our honeymoon.
Here's the ship. It's bigger than the largest aircraft carrier and is loaded with fat people.

We had a room with a balcony.

The food on this ship was amazing. Here's a shot of Julia and I in the massive dining room.

After a day and a half of sailing we docked in Bermuda.
When you are on the ship you sign up for different excursions. I wanted to do something very active, so we went kayaking and snorkeling. In kayaking, the person in the back is responsible for steering. Julia was in the back. So guess what happened to us? We got stuck on a coral reef.
After that we moved to the snorkeling part of the excursion. Now we're snorkeling with a bunch of other people, but the difference between them and us is the fact that Julia and I understand that when you swim, you're not supposed to swim into other people.
So we're swimming along doing the snorkeling thing and I see someone swimming right at us. He's looking straight down into the water. I'm looking at like a 45 degree angle while I swim around. The reasoning is, I like to see where I'm swimming. I know, radical idea, but, I'm a genius remember? So he's heading right at us so I stick my hand out as he swims closer and his head goes right into my hand. He quickly lifts his head and is somehow surprised to be reminded that there were thirty other people on this excursion.
After being pummeled by other swimmers the snorkeling portion came to a close. But before it ended, I realized that now would probably be a good time to relieve myself. I ask myself one important question, "Is anyone next of me?" Someone was kinda close, but not close enough that if they felt the water temperature change that they would blame it on me. So next time you are swimming in Bermuda, just know that you maybe swimming through a part of me. We will have a certain bond. A bond that can never be broken.
After that we went to the beach, once that day and once the next. We took the public bus. Now the thing about buses is that sometimes there's not enough seats for everyone. Now I don't know how you guys were raised, but if you're a guy and a lady gets on and there are no seats left, you offer her your seat. It's not that hard of a concept. But apparently it's some revolutionary idea that only the most progressive minds can comprehend. And me understanding intricate concepts like "you're not supposed to swim into other people," pretty much sums up how intelligent I am.
So eventually we got to the beach. The beaches in Bermuda are extremely nice. No shells, no rocks in the sand, no syringes. We took a bunch of photos. Unfortunately I'm not the photographer Julia thought she was marrying cause the photos she took of me are great, and the one's I took of her look like an eight-year-old took them. Here are the pictures.

Now when you are in complete awe of a beautiful new environment what is the first thing you would do? This is what I did.
Genius, remember?
Julia didn't think it was funny and stamped it out.

The ship was leaving Bermuda at 4pm the second day we were there so naturally Julia and I were on the ship with plenty of time to spare. Seven other people apparently forgot that Bermuda isn't driving distance to the States and were left behind.
The next day was travel at sea, which was very relaxing. During the trip I was reading a bunch of the C.S. Lewis/Narnia books so I got to more of that. We arrived back in America rested and ready to take on our marriage. Then we got stuck in traffic for an hour.
To sum up the honeymoon vacation – cruise great, weather great, Berumda was beautiful. And Julia? Surprisingly tolerable.
