Dude. 16 Blocks is a great movie. It's a rare movie that is told almost in real time. Bruce Willis plays a part of an aging, alcoholic cop that has to transport a small time crook 16 Blocks to the courthouse. The crook is giving testimony against a bunch of bad guys and has two hours to give his testimony or else the whole case falls apart. On the way to the courthouse the two are attacked sending into motion more than just action, but a tale of redemption for both our protagonists.
It's a movie where the characters are always more important than the action. That's what I want to see. So, go see it. It's a great ride.
